Jay and Peg Snyder have pastored churches for over 20 years, and are the founders of Passion for Life Ministries. Encounters with the love of Father God brought about the healing and transformation of Jay and Peg’s hearts and their perspective of the Kingdom of Heaven. They now minister out of an anointing of joy and the heavenly Father’s love with a strong prophetic flow. Pastor Jay and Peg have ministered in conferences and schools in the United States and Canada and have been involved in missions work in Mexico, Russia, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Argentina, Chili, Ghana Africa and Europe, strengthening churches, pastors and leaders. Along with a team of others, Jay and Peg have been trained for inner healing prayer ministry through Elijah House and SOZO and have witnessed many hearts dramatically changed through the power of the cross. Passion for Life Ministries is under the covering of the Harvest Alliance Global network of churches and ministries.
Jay and Peg are passionate to see the church become effective Ambassadors for Christ and become a true representation of who the Father is. Jay and Peg press for intimacy with the Father, and the transformation of our hearts so that we become the message of reconciliation, grace, mercy and love rather than just speaking about it. “When people meet us, they should encounter God” says Jay. Their desire in ministry is for hearts to be changed through encounters with God. Intimacy with the Father, healing, and transparency of the heart will bring us to a place of moving in the power and grace of the Kingdom of Heaven!
Jay was originally licensed through the Church of God out of Cleveland, TN. Since 1996, he has maintained licensing and ordination through the Independent Assemblies of God and recently transferred ordination to Passion For Life Ministries. He graduated from St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN with a BS in Accounting. Peg is ordained through Passion For Life Ministries. She has a BS with a double major in Operations & Systems Management and Business Administration from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Both Jay and Peg have business career experience in large corporations as well as smaller family owned businesses. They have a desire to see strong Christian leaders raised up in the market places amongst the lost around the world… leaders with hearts like their heavenly Father.
